Potosi Catfish Festival 2024. Night 2 of the potosi catfish festival eci brought the party to the side of the hill with a pulling track on it. Parade starts at 10 am downtown potosi with the fish meal starting at 11 am to 5 pm or until sold out ($14 per meal, dine in or carry out).
